At Succulent Score, we strive to provide healthy and vibrant succulent clippings for your enjoyment. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This return policy outlines our procedures for returning or exchanging succulent clippings.
Return Policy:
- Clippings: Unrooted clippings are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 2 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been planted or damaged.
Ineligible for Return:
- Cuttings that have been planted or repotted.
- Cuttings that have been damaged due to improper care or handling.
- Cuttings that have been received more than 2 days (unrooted).
- Custom orders or discounted items.
Procedure for Returns:
- Contact Us: If you are not satisfied with your succulent clippings from Succulent Score, please contact us within the specified timeframe via our contact form here.
- Explain the Issue: Briefly explain the reason for your return and provide photos of the cuttings if possible.
- Return Instructions: We will then provide you with instructions and a return authorization code. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization code.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned cuttings at Succulent Score, we will issue a full refund or exchange for the purchase price of the cuttings, excluding shipping costs.
Additional Information:
- We recommend taking photos of your cuttings upon arrival to document their condition.
- Succulent Score reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the cuttings are not in their original condition.
- We do not offer replacements for lost or stolen packages.
